Winter Blend Elderberry Brew Kit - Makes 1 quart

Freeze-dried elderberries grown in the Willamette Valley, along with freeze-dried organic ginger, whole organic cloves, and organic cinnamon sticks. 

Combine the contents of package with 4 cups of water in a saucepan. Cover and slowly simmer for 20 minutes. After cooling slightly, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer, pressing the berries with a spoon to extract all the juices. For added sweetness, mix in local honey according to your taste. Our Elderberries are grown without any commercial fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides.  This product is homemade and is not produced in an inspected establishment.
